The first part - getting to Irupana - was easy! After moving out my luggage I waited about five minutes for a passing car to stop. In Irupana I collected information on the types of buses and timetables. It looked that all the buses were leaving in the morning and arriving in La Paz in the evening. So I took the next bus that was supposed to arrive in La Paz early in the evening, hopefully not too late. I would then find a hotel close to the terminal, and look for the 'casa de ciclistas', located in the town center, tomorrow morning. I am a bit sad to not finish cycling this lovely loop...
