Investigation of factors associated with the likelihood of diagnosis of tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) cases in the Polish setting. It was advanced statistical analysis and huge effort of the EPIET fellow based in Warsaw, Anna Zielicka-Hardy. She analysed results from a nationwide testing of aseptic meningitis cases for TBE (published previously) and designed a diagnostic algorithm for clinical use.
