An investigation of attitudes towards childhood immunization among Polish parents of children under 2 years of age. This cross-sectional survey was funded by DG SANCO through an international project VACSATC. Thanks to this collaborative project, we agreed on a common methodology and interview questions among experts from several European countries. This way we could compare results of surveys from different countries. For our study, we adapted the UK questionnaire used for systematic monitoring of attitudes of British parents. The UK systematic approach was so inspiring that we recommended to use knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP) surveys regularly within the Polish immunization programme to monitor attitudes and early detect signals of doubts or hesitancy.
