Evaluation of tick-borne encephalitis case classification in Poland

This was my first publication after returning from Masters studies in Albany, NY. This investigation was based on my MS thesis project and included two amazing mentors from US (Dale Morse and Millie Eidson). It was very well timed as the European institutions started to discuss the need for standardized case definitions adopted in a uniform way across EU Member States. The publication was accompanied by an editorial and was cited quite a lot during following years!
