Ecologic study of the risk of tick-borne encephalitis in Poland - presentation of the method

Within a longitudinal project, funded by the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD, we developed a methodology to predict spatial risk for tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) in Poland. This paper was an attempt to summarize our methodological choices to prepare this model. It was presented at a national conference on neuroinfections and published in a supplement of the journal Epidemiological Review. Interestingly, even if supplements are normally not indexed in PubMed, this publication was added to PubMed Central repository as part of US-funded grant!
