Distance 70 km (cum. 8,255 km); Ascent 340 m (cum. 62,615 m). Today I cycled 'the most dangerous road in the world' which was actually not dangerous at all, since there was virtually no cars. It was actually not so different from the roads in other parts of Yungas, so I don't really understand where the fame of the road came from... I guess it was related to the number of deadly accidents in the past... Of course, it was nice to descend from the high pass La Cumbre (4,650 m) to Yolosita (1,200 m). The experience was spoiled by further damaging of the my inner tires, including the spare one, which I did not check properly after my traumatic experience in Yungas...
