Poster (in English) presented at the International Conference on Emerging Infectious Diseases (ICEID 2008)

I participated in the ICEID conference in Atlanta for the second time. The poster provided some arguments that in view of a massive measles epidemic in Ukraine regions bordering with Poland and influx of persons exposed in Ukraine, Poland registered only few outbreaks with limited secondary spread. We concluded that these outbreak characteristics indicate that the Polish society is still well protected by high vaccine uptake.
